How can you attain salvation without prayer? 
You will be without grace. You will be lost. 
You are in spiritual sloth without prayer—a grave sin against God. 
So begin praying for your salvation.

O Lord, Eternal Wisdom, 
You taught us through St. Alphonsus and Silent’s witness 
that prayer is the lifeline of salvation. 
Grant us perseverance in prayer, 
fidelity in grace, 
and courage to intercede for the world. 
Through Mary, Mother of Perpetual Help, 
may we never cease to call upon You.
