Scroll XLVIII: The Lord of Compassion
My Voice: 
“The Lord is full of compassion, and gives without fail to all who ask Him… why do you not ask of the Lord understanding, and receive it from Him?” 
My brethren, do we recognize the Passion and death of Jesus for our salvation? 
He is a God of compassion and mercy — nothing else. 
Arise now. Make true contrition, reparation, restitution. Fall into His arms. Then ask Him, and He will answer.

– Hermas: “The Lord is full of compassion.” 
– Augustine: “He loved us when we were enemies.” 
– Chrysostom: “The Cross is proof of His mercy.”

Scroll XLIX: The Power of the Prayer of the Just
My Voice: 
“He prays in the society of angels… though he pray alone, he has the choir of the saints with him.” 
I know this. I have experienced this. 
The Lord loves the prayer of the righteous. 
Because he has the mind of Christ, seeks nothing for himself, and Mary intercedes specially. 

Patristic Voice: 
– Clement of Alexandria: “He prays in the society of angels.” 
– Augustine: “The prayer of the righteous is the key to Heaven.” 
– Bernard: “Mary is the ladder by which God descends.”

Scroll L: Now Is the Time of Your Salvation
My Voice: 
“You are closer to me than I am to myself. When I pray, it is You who pray in me.” 
God is Love, always seeking you. 
The only blockage is sin. 
Make contrition, reparation, restitution. Love Him above your sins. 
Do not sleep. Get up. Now is the time of your salvation. 

Patristic Voice: 
– Augustine: “You are closer to me than I am to myself.” 
– Paul: “The Spirit Himself intercedes with groanings too deep for words.” 
– Ambrose: “True repentance is to grieve for sins past and commit no more.”

Scroll LI: Salvation Is Today, Not Tomorrow
My Voice: 
St. Gregory the Great: “He who does not rise now will not rise later; salvation is today, not tomorrow.” 
Your pride and ignorance are your defeat. 
God died for you, opened Heaven for you, waits to sanctify you. 
Mary intercedes, but the miracle is Jesus in the Eucharist. 
Remedy: Reconciliation, Eucharist, Adoration, Rosary, Divine Mercy Chaplet, Lectio Divina, Word of God, unceasing prayer. 

Patristic Voice: 
– Gregory the Great: “Salvation is today, not tomorrow.” 
– Augustine: “God loves us not because we are good, but to make us good.” 
– Bernard: “Mary is the ladder by which God descends.”

Scroll LII: Holy Ground — The Fountain of Love
My Voice: 
You hypocrites! You come to Mass unprepared. 
Do you know what is happening? You are in Heaven, before God, the burning bush. 
Take off your sandals. Fall prostrate in spirit. 
He is real and truly present. 
You are on holy ground. The martyrs shed blood for it. 
Come back to the Fountain of Love. 

Patristic Voice: 
– Chrysostom: “Do you still think you are on earth? Are you not lifted up to Heaven?” 
– Augustine: “Recognize in the bread what hung on the Cross.” 
– Cyril of Jerusalem: “The bread and wine are the body and blood of Christ.” 
– Ignatius of Antioch: “The Eucharist is the flesh of Christ.”

Scroll LIII: The Martyrs’ Witness — Blood Shed for the Eucharist
My Voice: 
St. Polycarp said: “Eighty-six years I have served Him, and He has done me no wrong. How can I blaspheme my King who saved me?” 
This is not any ordinary person. He is a Bishop. 
You must take his words verbatim. 
But you do not see the blood shed for your Church. 
Your pride, ignorance, and blindness will convict you at Judgment. 
The martyrs will reject you then. 
So listen with your heart. Get up now. Know your faith. Read the Word of God. Visit the sacraments. Tell God you are sorry. 
He will never abandon you. 
Be manly. Die for your faith.

– Polycarp: “Eighty-six years I have served Him…” 
– Ignatius: “I am God’s wheat… pure bread of Christ.” 
– Justin Martyr: “We do not receive these as common bread… but as Jesus Christ.” 
– Tarcisius: “He preferred to die rather than give up the Sacred Host.”

The Lord of Compassion calls. 
The Prayer of the Just ascends. 
Salvation is today, not tomorrow. 
The Eucharist is the miracle. 
Mass is Heaven. 
The Martyrs’ blood is the witness. 
The Fountain of Love awaits.
